Take special care with L72, oral solution in drops This medicinal product contains a maximum of 43% VV of ethanol (alcohol). 30 drops contain 256 mg of ethanol which is equivalent to 6.46 ml of beer (approx. 0.65 cl) or 2.69 ml of wine (approx. 0.27 cl). Due to the presence of ethanol, this drug is dangerous for people suffering from alcoholism. The presence of ethanol must also be taken into account in pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and people at risk, for example in people suffering from liver disease or epilepsy.
