Hydrotalcite is an aluminum and magnesium salt, also in case of chronic renal dialysis or prolonged treatment, take into account the aluminum intake (90 mg per gram of hydrotalcite). If the intensity and/or frequency of symptoms persist without improvement or worsen after 10 days of treatment, do not increase the dose but seek the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
