Humer Day Night Nose & Throat 15 Tablets

HUMER DAY/NIGHT is composed of plants (Eucalyptus Globulus and Erysimum), zinc and propolis, the day tablet contains vitamin C which helps reduce fatigue during the day, while the night tablet includes poppy to promote sleep . Eucalyptus globulus is traditionally used to improve respiratory comfort and Sisymbrium officinale extract to combat throat irritation and facilitate breathing. Zinc helps the immune system function properly(2). Vitamin C, which is only present in the day tablet, helps to reduce fatigue(3) while the poppy (Papaver rhoeas) which is traditionally used to improve sleep is only present in the night tablet.
