Food supplement based on virgin camelina oil. Camelina is a cruciferous plant that is one of the very old European oilseed crops. It is very interesting for its contribution in essential fatty acids, omega 3 in particular. Omegabiane Cameline contains omega 3 fatty acids including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) which helps maintain normal cholesterol levels. The effective dose of ALA is 2 g per day. It is therefore advisable to include foods that are sources of omega 3 in your daily diet (rapeseed oil, walnut oil, oily fish).
