Jean Hervé Demeter White Sesame Puree 350g

White sesame is sesame shelled by a purely physical means. The sesame seeds are lightly dried over a wood fire. This gentle and natural drying process improves their digestibility and develops their aroma, without degrading their precious nutrients. They are then ground with a stone grinder, at low temperature. The puree obtained is immediately packaged in a jar under vacuum. Due to its many virtues, sesame is the ideal balancing and protective food, faced with the demands of today's life.
