ANTHELIOS 100KA+MED is our first medical device used for the prevention of actinic keratosis (AK) and non-melanoma skin cancer (NSCC) and the reduction of the skin cancer field as part of a broader treatment. The very high broad-spectrum UVA & UVB protection thanks to a patented and photostable filtering system including Mexoryl®, protects against the development of actinic cancerous (excluding melanoma) and precancerous lesions, as well as DNA lesions induced by the sun in patients with very photosensitive skin at risk of actinic keratosis (phototypes I-II) or undergoing immunosuppressive treatment.
