This medicine contains magnesium. The combination of a number of the following symptoms may suggest a magnesium deficiency: - nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, temporary tiredness, minor sleep disturbances, - manifestations of anxiety, such as digestive spasms or palpitations (healthy heart), - muscle crawling, tingling. The intake of magnesium can improve these symptoms. In the absence of improvement in these symptoms after one month of treatment, the treatment will be reassessed.
