Euphytosis tablets - 120 tablets
The drug Euphytose contains a set of plants composed of an association of valerian, passionflower, hawthorn and ballote. Euphytosis is traditionally indicated to relieve mild symptoms of stress and promote sleep in adults and children from 12 years old. One tablet of Euphytose contains 50.0 mg of Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. ) (dry root extract) Extraction solvent: 60% V/V ethanol, 40.0 mg of Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata L. ) (dry extract of aerial part of) Extraction solvent: 60% V/V ethanol, 10.0 mg of Hawthorn ( Crataegus spp. ) (dry extract of flowering top of) Extraction solvent: water, and 10,) (dry extract of flowering top of) Extraction solvent: water. Euphytose is available in tubes of 120 or 180 tablets. The other ingredients are heavy magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, purified water, shellac, gum arabic, sucrose, talc, carnauba wax, mixture of titanium dioxide and iron oxides* Oxide iron (black, yellow, red), Titanium dioxide (E171), Sodium benzoate (E211), sucrose, purified water. Extract adjuvants: maltodextrin, colloidal silica. Important information about some of the ingredients of Euphytose coated tablet: Excipients with known effect: sucrose, sodium benzoate (E211) Euphytosis Drug Dosage Euphytosis is indicated for adults and children over 12 years old. In adults, the management of mild symptoms of stress is done with a dosage of 1 to 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day. In the symptomatic treatment of minor sleep disorders , the dose is 1 tablet with the evening meal and 1 tablet at bedtime. In children over 12 years of age, the dosage for the symptomatic treatment of mild symptoms of stress is 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day and 1 tablet with the evening meal during the symptomatic treatment of minor sleep disorders. The tablets can be swallowed with water or a hot drink. They should not be chewed. In case of forgetfulness, do not double the intake of Euphytose. Contraindications of the drug Euphytose Allergy to one of the constituents and children under 12 (oral form) are contraindications to the use of Euphytose. Sleep disorders in children require a consultation with the doctor. If you have an intolerance to certain sugars or if you have hepatic or renal insufficiency, contact your doctor before taking this medication. This medicinal product contains 0.006 mg of sodium benzoate (E211) per dose. This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per dose, i.e. essentially sodium free. If taking any other medication and if in doubt, it is important to seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Taking Euphytose in pregnant and breastfeeding women is not recommended.
