This medicine is used in the symptomatic treatment of functional colopathies, that is to say to treat the symptoms linked to a functional disease of the colon (disease which affects the proper functioning of the intestine). Take special care with Bedelix, powder for oral suspension in sachet: If you are on dialysis it means that your kidneys are not working properly and they will have difficulty eliminating the aluminum hydroxide contained in this medicine. In this case, you should not take this medicine for a long time without talking to your doctor. The use of this medication is not recommended in patients with glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome.
