Jean Hervé Hazelnut Puree 350g
After drying over a wood fire, the hazelnuts are ground with a millstone. Thanks to this method of drying, the unsaturated fatty acids are preserved. Small skins and broken pieces are removed by sieving. Like the almond, the hazelnut is rich in protein and vitamin E, but it is characterized above all by its content in vitamin C, silicon and manganese. Hazelnut puree is therefore a very interesting food source and a very good supplement in the vegetarian diet. It is suitable for everyone, young and old. The Sicilian hazelnut has the distinction of being much richer in calcium than other hazelnuts, which is why we have chosen it, in addition to its strong and delicate taste at the same time. It is grown in Sicily, where the nature gives it the best of itself.
